Michelle Kellar is a licensed and nationally certified mental health counselor. She works with adults on a range of issues including trauma, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Kellar helps clients build on their strengths to achieve personal growth and life goals.
Kellar holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from Northwest Missouri State University. With over two decades of experience, she previously served as the director of the counseling center at Central College in Pella for 20 years, while also maintaining a private practice.
Kellar integrates methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her approach is characterized by sensitivity and kindness, providing a supportive environment for clients to explore challenges and improve their quality of life.
