Michiko Pepple

Michiko Pepple, LPC, NCC, CCTP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, children 12 and older, and couples. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), she provides trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s needs.

Her practice is informed by lived experience, including immigration, interracial marriage, and the loss of a parent, and she is a cancer survivor. She is also a mother, entrepreneur, and business leader, which informs her perspective with practical insight.

Michiko believes a strong therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of meaningful change and seeks to uncover clients’ strength and potential. She offers empathetic and culturally sensitive support in a warm, accepting environment to guide clients toward growth and resilience.
