Monica Bestawros

Monica Bestawros is a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps clients navigate adversity and personal growth. She works with people, couples, families, and groups using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Solution Focused Therapy, and Art Therapy techniques.

Bestawros began her mental health career in 2006 with the Department of Children and Family Services. Her experience includes private practice, college counseling centers, and both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. She holds a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Richmont Graduate University and a bachelor's degree in political science from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.
