Monica Matuska, MS, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and Louisiana. She blends Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to address anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, substance use, and parenting problems.

Her experience spans home environments, schools, agencies, and non-profits, giving her a versatile perspective on client needs. Monica creates a judgment-free, comfortable, and safe space, uses humor to foster openness, and builds a strong, collaborative bond while encouraging questions.

She also serves as a Student Intern Supervisor at the Counseling Collective Educational Program, mentoring new clinicians and supporting thoughtful, practical care.
