Nekandra Coulter

Nekandra Coulter, LPC, LSOTP, is the Director of Specialty Services at the Counseling Institute of Texas. As a Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP), she offers specialized care for individuals dealing with sensitive issues related to sexual behavior and offenses.
