Sarah has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings, including residential facilities, jails, crisis intervention programs, and outpatient clinics. She specializes in behavior management and supports clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, family conflict, substance abuse, intellectual disabilities, autism, and suicide prevention. Sarah employs a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), motivational interviewing (MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), moral reconation therapy (MRT), trauma-focused CBT, and play therapy.
