Nicole Sirko

Nicole Sirko is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Sunlight Counseling PLLC in Virginia. Sirko works with adults facing relationship issues, trauma recovery, career concerns, and anxiety management, offering guidance through the challenges of modern adult life.

Sirko holds a BA in Psychology from Duquesne University and a Master's Degree in Counseling from Old Dominion University. Her extensive experience spans over two decades in outpatient therapy, residential facilities, and community-based treatment. She has also served in supervisory roles, including clinical supervisor and clinical director in community settings.

Her therapeutic approach is person centered and strengths based, employing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
