Nina Cherington

Nina Cherington, AMFT, is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in couples issues and works with mixed-race couples and neurodiverse couples.

She supports individuals grappling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, childhood trauma, complex PTSD, relational trauma, and grief and brings a deeply personal understanding to her practice, rooted in her own childhood experiences of navigating family transitions and discovering the transformative power of therapy.

She uses a trauma-informed approach and helps couples move out of negative cycles and establish clear channels of communication.
