Noel Cooper

Noel Cooper, PsyD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary and an M.A. in Theology. Her training supports an integrative, faith-based perspective within clinical practice.

As the director of Psychological Services of Riverside (PSR) and an assistant professor in the PsyD program at California Baptist University, she provides individual and couples therapy and clinical supervision to doctoral student clinicians. These roles inform both her clinical work and teaching.

She specializes in depression and anxiety; infertility and pregnancy-related issues; foster care and adoption; clergy mental health; relationship problems; grief and loss; and spirituality, focusing on helping individuals improve their relationships and communication across all aspects of life, at home, in the workplace, and within social circles.
