Noel Cooper

Dr. Noel Cooper is a licensed clinical psychologist and the director of Psychological Services of Riverside, where she integrates psychological expertise with spiritual understanding. Cooper works with people facing depression, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy-related issues, and relationship problems.

Cooper earned her doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary and holds an M.A. in Theology. She serves as an assistant professor in the PsyD program at California Baptist University, contributing to both clinical practice and academic excellence. Her role includes providing clinical supervision to doctoral student clinicians.
