Olivia Roche works with adult individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD, life transitions, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. She takes a holistic, collaborative, and inclusive approach to therapy, centering each client’s goals, values, and lived experiences.

Grounded in person-centered therapy, attachment theory, parts work, and trauma-informed care, Olivia strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves. She incorporates both traditional talk therapy and creative expression to meet clients where they are.
