Patrick Cleveland

Patrick Cleveland, L.M.F.T., is the founder and clinical director of Daybreak Counseling Center and brings over two decades of clinical experience. He works primarily with high-functioning adults and professionals, addressing personal development, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues.

He draws from psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems, humanistic-existential psychotherapy, and Lacanian psychoanalytic therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. He holds a master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and serves as an adjunct professor at Long Beach City College, combining academic rigor with practical, client-centered work to promote insight and meaningful personal growth.
