Patti Christensen

Patti Christensen is a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps teens and adults of all ages rewrite their stories. With over 25 years of experience, she works with the LGBTQ community, trauma survivors, and those facing mid-life issues, anxiety, or health conditions.

Christensen holds a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Minnesota and a Master's in Pastoral Theology from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her extensive career includes over 17 years at Palomar Family Counseling Services, where she serves as a master clinician and supervisor, guiding both clients and emerging professionals.

Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused approaches, and Expressive Arts, Christensen tailors her methods to each client. She offers therapy online, by phone, and in person in Escondido and Fallbrook, CA. Clients can expect a collaborative environment aimed at identifying and overcoming barriers to personal growth.
