Paul Potylicki

Paul Potylicki is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with clients of all ages using a mindfulness-based approach. Potylicki helps people navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, adjustment issues, and relationship difficulties, offering support through various life stages and experiences.

Potylicki began his career as a life coach and addiction counselor in inpatient and outpatient settings. He transitioned into community mental health counseling, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. He holds a master's degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina, earned in 2012, and is a state-licensed Professional Counselor in Columbia, SC.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) forms the cornerstone of Potylicki's therapeutic approach. He also draws from various counseling modalities to tailor each client's experience.
