Princess Anderson

Princess Anderson is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who integrates Christian faith with modern psychological techniques. Anderson works with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, offering a holistic approach to address the complexities of the human experience.

Anderson began her journey in mental health at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL, where she earned a Bachelor's in Psychology. She then obtained a Master's in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Crisis and Trauma Counseling. Her clinical experience at the Hanley Center at Origins has honed her skills in addressing substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Gottman Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, Anderson tailors treatment plans to each client's needs. Clients can expect a collaborative journey towards healing and self-discovery, grounded in both faith-based compassion and practical strategies.
