Anderson began her journey in mental health at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL, where she earned a Bachelor's in Psychology. She then obtained a Master's in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Crisis and Trauma Counseling. Her clinical experience at the Hanley Center at Origins has honed her skills in addressing substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Gottman Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, Anderson tailors treatment plans to each client's needs.
