Rachel Fleischman

Rachel Fleischman, Licensed Therapist, has 26 years of clinical experience and specializes in both individual and couples counseling. Her work addresses anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges, and her practice is divided equally between couples and individuals.

With couples she uncovers root causes of struggles, develops healthy communication skills, rebuilds trust and closeness, and helps partners let go of old, ineffective habits. She extends her work through workshops and retreats and offers sessions from her Castro office and through virtual sessions.
