Rachel Jenks

Rachel Jenks, MS, LPC-Associate, provides individualized therapy for children, teenagers, and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

She earned an MS from the University of Texas at Tyler and is trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, and Play Therapy. She currently practices under the supervision of Sara Spotswood, LPC-S.

Rachel builds warm, down-to-earth connections and uses creative, structured interventions that encourage self-expression. She draws on evidence-based practices to help clients build coping skills, confidence, and resilience.
