Rachel Staron

Rachel Staron, LMHC, MS Ed., is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Iowa. Warmth, humor, and a deep commitment to individual healing characterize her approach, with a focus on helping clients develop awareness and improve coping skills.

She supports teens, adults, and children as young as five with generalized anxiety, depression, postpartum symptoms, grief, substance misuse, historical trauma, and relational stressors.
