Rachel Staron

Rachel Staron is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Iowa. Staron works with teens, adults, and children as young as five, focusing on generalized anxiety, depression, postpartum symptoms, grief, and relational stressors. Her approach helps clients develop awareness and improve coping skills.

Staron earned her Master's Degree in Counseling from Western Illinois University-Quad Cities after completing her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Iowa. Her diverse professional background includes experience in community-based mental health centers, school-based therapy programs, and residential substance abuse treatment centers.

Using cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered techniques, and Adlerian therapy, Staron tailors her approach to each client's needs.
