Rebecca Mayer

Rebecca Mayer, CMHW, is a Certified Mental Health Worker with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Trauma Crisis Counseling at Walden University. Her passion for supporting others stems from both her academic work and her personal journey of recovery from a traumatic brain injury, which deepened her empathy and commitment to the mental health field. Rebecca focuses on resilience, emotional regulation, and personal growth, blending evidence-based techniques with mindfulness and self-care practices.
