Rebecca Sims, LPC-A, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, empowering clients to take an active role in their own healing journey.

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide practical tools for emotion management, anger issues, anxiety, and focus problems.

With eight years as a teacher and three as a school counselor, she has experience working with children, adolescents, and families and works under the supervision of Tammie Shelton, LPC-S. She creates a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment while validating children's voices and experiences and supporting clients toward growth and goal completion.
