Rebecca Spooner

Rebecca Spooner, M.A., NCC, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family of origin issues, and child behavioral issues, and she uses cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to tailor care.

She has experience in various behavioral and mental healthcare settings since 2013 and provides individualized support across age groups. Rebecca earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Geneva College and a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling at LaSalle University.

With a warm and validating approach, she creates a safe and comfortable therapeutic space where clients can be their authentic selves and work toward personal growth and healing. She focuses on collaborating with clients to build coping strategies and sustainable progress.
