Saige Bynum, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker with three years of experience in the mental health field, specializing in group therapy for both adults and adolescents in intensive outpatient settings.

Her practice is rooted in a strengths-based perspective and employs trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop coping skills and practical strategies.
