Sara Hale

Sara Hale is a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps clients build resilience and navigate life's challenges. Hale works with trauma, adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and life transitions, employing a holistic and culturally sensitive approach.

Hale earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and holds a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern Illinois University. Her diverse experience includes work with children, women, and underserved populations such as low-income seniors, formerly homeless people, and veterans.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and person-centered therapy, Hale collaborates with clients to unlock their potential and overcome obstacles. Her warm, professional demeanor and commitment to evidence-based practices create a supportive environment for meaningful growth.
