Sara Hale

Sara Hale, MEd, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern Illinois University. She uses a holistic, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based approach to support clients.

Her expertise spans trauma, adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and life transitions, and she has particular proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.

Sara has worked in various settings with children, women, and underserved populations, including low-income seniors, formerly homeless individuals, and veterans. She partners with clients to build resilience and navigate life's most difficult challenges, helping individuals meet their goals and create lasting change.
