Sara's clinical expertise was honed at The Anxiety and Stress Management Institute in the greater metro Atlanta area, where she received comprehensive training in treating a broad spectrum of anxiety disorders. This specialized experience laid the foundation for her current practice, where she excels in addressing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, and a range of other mental health concerns. Her approach is integrative yet firmly rooted in a humanistic framework, reflecting her strong belief in each individual's innate capacity for healing and the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship.

In her counseling sessions, clients can expect a collaborative environment that encourages curiosity and insight development. Sara draws from a diverse toolkit of empirically supported therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention, EMDR, brainspotting, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and motivational interviewing. This versatility allows her to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, ensuring a personalized and effective treatment experience.

Adding another dimension to her practice, Sara is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
