Sarah Terpstra

Sarah Terpstra is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience, including more than four years focused on mental health. Since beginning her nursing career in 2011, Sarah has been committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in need.

Her clinical interests include obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and therapeutic approaches such as supportive psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
