Sasha Hedaya

Sasha Hedaya, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker practicing across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. She specializes in treating young adults and adults of all ages with anxiety, depression, self-image issues, life transitions, and relational difficulties.

Her clinical approach blends psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies, and she works with individuals and couples. She earned her MSW from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University and is completing Post Master training in Family and Couple's Therapy at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.
