Sasha Hedaya

Sasha Hedaya is a psychotherapist practicing across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Hedaya works with young adults and adults of all ages, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-image issues, life transitions, and relational difficulties.

Hedaya graduated from Duke University with a BA in Psychology and Political Science, providing a foundation in human behavior and societal influences. She earned her MSW from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University. Currently, she is pursuing Post Master training in Family and Couple's Therapy at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.

Hedaya employs a blend of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies, tailoring her approach to each client's needs. Her sessions focus on building a safe, trusting environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Clients can expect a supportive setting for processing and personal growth.
