Sheeva Mostoufi

Sheeva Mostoufi is a licensed clinical psychologist and Training Coordinator at Old Town Psychology. Mostoufi works with clients facing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and other mental health challenges. She helps people in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Mostoufi earned her Ph.D. from the San Diego State University/University of California, San Diego Joint Doctoral Program. She completed an internship and a post-doctoral fellowship at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System-Seattle Division, focusing on primary care mental health integration. Her academic and clinical experiences provide a comprehensive perspective on mental health care.

Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, Mostoufi tailors her approach to each client. Clients can expect a non judgmental space to work toward their goals. Her client centered focus ensures individualized care for each person's needs.
