Sheeva Mostoufi, PhD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, is a Training Coordinator at Old Town Psychology who treats anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as related concerns such as social anxiety, specific phobias, panic disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and tic disorders.
She uses evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Motivational Interviewing; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP); Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for tics (CBIT); and mindfulness-based interventions. She earned her PhD from the San Diego State University/University of California, San Diego Joint Doctoral Program and completed an internship and post‑doctoral fellowship at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System—Seattle Division in primary care mental health integration.
