Sherri Bair

Sherri Bair, MS, LAC, Licensed Associate Counselor, specializes in grief and loss counseling and provides trauma and crisis therapy for adults, including support for cancer survivors and family members who have lost loved ones. She holds a BS from South Dakota State University and MS degrees in Counseling and Human Development and in Child and Family Studies, and she published two research articles during her studies.

She has counseled teen birth mothers and families for LDS Family Services, advocated for victims of rape and domestic violence at The Compass Center in South Dakota, and served as an instructor at SDSU. She has presented on marriage, parenting, depression, anxiety, and adoption, bringing broad community and teaching experience to her clinical work.

Her professional training in grief therapy, combined with losing her husband of 40 years to cancer, informs a practical, choice-centered approach. Sherri centers therapy on the concept of "choice," helping clients uncover options, build resilience, and navigate crisis while connecting with people from diverse backgrounds as a mother and grandmother.
