Sherri Brooke

Sherri Brooke, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Missouri and holds a national board certification with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy and is a Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy specialist, one of only two rostered therapists in the Northland area.

She has worked in psychiatric hospitals, residential centers, local mental health facilities, and school districts, and has provided in-home therapy primarily with children, teens, and families.

Her supportive and educational approach structures sessions as collaborative, teaching coping skills and empowering clients to become their own therapists through short-term, solution-focused treatment with specific timeframes. She encourages removing negative 'filters' and seeking positives.
