Shiju Varghese

Shiju Varghese, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of counseling experience. He holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and integrates personal experience of overcoming abuse and addictions into his clinical work.

He offers talk therapy and marital counseling and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). He specializes in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship counseling, addiction, and gender identity.

Shiju works with adolescents aged 14-19 and adults, drawing on his varied life and career experience to provide practical, compassionate support focused on processing trauma and strengthening relationships.
