Stacey Sinwald

Stacey Sinwald is a licensed professional counselor whose expertise spans a wide range of mental health concerns. Sinwald works with clients of all ages, focusing particularly on young and middle adulthood. She addresses anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Sinwald began her journey in mental health at Cleveland State University, where she earned both a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her diverse experience includes working in community mental health centers and academic settings, refining her skills in various therapeutic environments.

Employing an integrative approach, Sinwald draws from person centered and humanistic orientations, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, and dialectical behavioral therapy. She incorporates Animal Assisted Therapy with her therapy dog in training, Uno, enhancing comfort and support. Sinwald offers both in person and virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for her clients.
