Stephanie Naylor-Lillard

Stephanie Naylor-Lillard, LCSWA, is a Therapist and Team Lead at Urban Healing Counseling with over 15 years of experience in human services. She blends clinical leadership with hands-on care for clients who balance demanding service and caregiving roles.

She supports active duty and retired military service members, first responders, healthcare industry professionals, and single parents, addressing trauma, grief, moral injury, anxiety, and depression. She holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and serves as an Adjunct Chaplain, incorporating clinical and spiritual perspectives.

Stephanie offers in-person therapy and teletherapy across the entire state of North Carolina and creates a nonjudgmental space where clients can address loss, rejection, and self-criticism while developing practical coping skills and resilience.
