Stephanie Reeves

Stephanie Reaves is a Master of Social Work and serves as the Manager of Peer Education at the Mental Health Association in Delaware. She began her work with the organization in 2019 as a Peer Educator, drawing on her own lived experience in recovery, and has since advanced into a leadership role.

A Philadelphia native, Stephanie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Princeton University and completed her MSW with a clinical focus at Bryn Mawr College in 2023.

At MHA DE, she develops and leads community education programs, organizes wellness events, and contributes to statewide suicide prevention efforts. She also writes for the organization’s blog, offering insight on topics like boundary-setting, dance as a mental health tool, and building resilient communities. Her work is grounded in empathy, peer connection, and a deep commitment to mental wellness.
