Steven Nozik

Steven Nozik, PhD, Licensed Psychologist, has nearly four decades of experience in psychological services and has maintained a private practice established in 1987.

He specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, and other mood disorders and is certified in addiction treatment, EMDR, and rational-emotive behavior therapy.

Dr. Nozik created and served as the first director of the PTSD program at the Stratton VA Medical Center and has held leadership roles treating trauma and addictions at VA facilities; he is a clinical instructor of psychiatry at Albany Medical College and an adjunct professor of psychology at SUNY Albany, and he treats psychological trauma, relationship problems, abuse, anger management, stress management, adjustment disorders, and addictions.
