With nearly two decades of experience in psychotherapy, Suzanne Loftus, M.A., LMFT, CCTP brings a unique blend of traditional and holistic approaches to her practice. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Reiki II Practitioner, Suzanne's treatment approach has evolved to integrate a wide range of interventions that address the body, mind, and soul.
Suzanne's expertise spans multiple therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which she employs as a highly effective treatment for trauma, anxiety, and depression. Her practice is further enhanced by certifications in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Trauma-Informed Yoga for psychotherapy. This allows her to incorporate postures, rhythmic and deep breathing, mindfulness, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation into her sessions.
