Suzanne Sanders

Suzanne Sanders, Individual and Family Therapist, serves the East Valley (Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert) and works with teens and adults grappling with trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and loss. She utilizes trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to each client.

She creates a collaborative environment rooted in openness, trust, honesty, and humor and provides a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where clients feel supported. Suzanne offers a range of session formats including in-office, video, and phone sessions and is currently accepting new clients at her Mesa office.

She views the therapeutic journey as a shared experience that builds on each client's strengths and individuality. Her aim is to support clients in living authentically and strengthening their relationships with themselves and others.
