Talya Sahler

Talya Sahler, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker specializing in trauma and holds a trauma specialist certificate. She was trained at Simmons University in Boston.

She works with adults, children, couples, and groups and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), grief work, Emotional Focused Therapy, Family Systems Work, Sandtray and Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing therapy to tailor care to each client.

Talya has experience working with domestic violence and single parents and, as a member of the orthodox Jewish community, offers culturally informed therapy. Her trauma-informed approach emphasizes warmth, empathy, and a commitment to empowering clients to cultivate healing, joy, and confidence.
