Tami Childs

Tami Childs is a Dual Diagnosis Therapist who helps clients facing mental health and addiction issues. Childs works with veterans, military families, and the LGBT2SQ+ community, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

Childs holds both a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. Her background with the Department of Defense as a civilian and military member enriches her understanding of the challenges faced by those in the armed forces.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Childs creates a safe, judgment-free space.
