Taylor Manfredi

Taylor Manfredi, MSW, LCSW, is the clinical director at Arise Counseling and Therapy. She specializes in treating anxiety and mood disorders, PTSD, attachment trauma, burnout, chronic stress, and ADHD management.

She employs EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and completed EMDR basic training through The EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). Her clinical background includes family-based services, working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and crisis services, and she works primarily with college students, young adults, and adults.

Taylor's compassionate, empathetic, collaborative approach focuses on helping clients learn new coping mechanisms, strengthen self-compassion, and reprocess negative beliefs to enhance their sense of safety, control, and connection to others. A proud alumna of UNCW with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work, she volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem advocating for children and teens in foster care.
