Taylor Manfredi

Taylor Manfredi is a clinical director at Arise Counseling and Therapy. She works with people who feel stuck due to unwanted symptoms from past events, focusing on anxiety and mood disorders, PTSD, attachment trauma, burnout, chronic stress, and ADHD management.

Manfredi earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She completed EMDR basic training through The EMDR International Association. Her diverse clinical background includes family-based services, work with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and crisis services, providing a well-rounded perspective on mental health care.
