Tina Brigham

Tina Brigham is a licensed clinical social worker with over 12 years of diverse behavioral health experience. She works with adults facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and PTSD, perinatal and postpartum issues, and substance use challenges.

Brigham completed extensive training in Maternal Mental Health through PSI, enhancing her ability to support parents during the perinatal and postpartum periods. Her therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, allowing her to tailor her methods to each client's needs.

Brigham combines talk therapy with psychoeducation, helping clients process experiences and build practical skills. Known for quickly establishing trust and rapport, she creates a safe space for transformative work.
