Trista Schon

Trista is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in North Dakota and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from North Dakota State University and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary.

Trista works primarily with adults, specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic disorders, and depression. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and frequently integrates EMDR into her trauma-focused care.
