Tyra Butler

Tyra Butler, MFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over two decades of combined business, private practice, and clinical experience. She uses a relational perspective and is EMDR-trained and DBT-certified. She holds a two-year post-graduate certification in Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the Newport Psychoanalytic Institute and is trained in CBT, solution-focused and solution-oriented approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and family systems theories (Bowen, Satir, Minuchin).

Tyra holds a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University and completed a year of doctoral education in Clinical Psychology. She works with individuals, couples, families, and groups, helping clients address relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, and career decisions by linking early childhood influences with current interaction patterns to identify core issues and support change.
