Verdale Goins

Verdale Goins, Ph.D., at Jireh Counseling Center, has over 25 years of experience. He practices cognitive solution-focused therapy and works with individuals, couples, families, and groups across various age groups and life stages.

He addresses mood disorders, anger management, and substance abuse, and prioritizes establishing a strong rapport by sharing his personal background and history to inform assessment and treatment. He offers both in-person and virtual appointments.

He is a 5th Degree Black Belt who teaches Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, and Hapkido. He helps clients gain coping skills to manage or decrease problematic symptoms.
