Abi Benedict

Abi Benedict, LCSW, CCTP-1, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified clinical trauma professional who focuses on trauma and integrative healing. She integrates person-centered, trauma-focused, and psycho-spiritual perspectives and uses CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based and psychosomatic body work, and expressive art therapy.

She offers both in-person and online therapy for individuals and couples and leads in-person group classes, tailoring care to each person's expression and identity.

Abi utilizes an empowerment framework and SMART goals and serves as an ally, educator, and guide in trauma work, supporting clients to reclaim lost parts and reconnect with their true Self.
