Alix Shepherd

Alix Shepherd, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist with over eight years of experience. She earned a Psy.D. from Pacific University and completed an APA-accredited internship and a postdoctoral fellowship at Mendota Mental Health Institute.

She treats anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse concerns, and is skilled in supporting emerging adults, processing traumatic events, and improving stress management and emotion regulation. Operating primarily through a cognitive-behavioral lens, she uses evidence-based interventions.
