A licensed psychologist specializing in trauma-informed care, Dr. Blankenship offers a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Dr. Blankenship's practice is grounded in proven therapeutic methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and social skills training. She is particularly adept at addressing anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, executive functioning difficulties, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
