Amber Ashford

Amber Ashford, Pre-Licensed MHC and Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor, holds National Board Certification in Counseling and is licensed in California and Washington. Based in Hawai'i, she brings a background in child and adolescent development and clinical mental health counseling to her clinical work.

She integrates Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy to address relational and internal dynamics, working with children, adolescents, and adults across life stages. This approach applies evidence-based practices to individual and family concerns.

She spent over 15 years supporting families in educational settings, advocating for foster youth, and building community connections.
