Amy specializes in guiding clients through a diverse range of issues, including grief and loss, generational trauma, racial identity, emotional neglect, parental questions, religious trauma, anxiety, attachment, mid-life evaluation, and personal identity development. Her approach is rooted in the belief that understanding one's story is crucial to personal growth. With a unique background that spans business, education, and counseling, Amy brings a wealth of life experience to her practice. She earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont University, complementing her earlier degrees in Business Management and History. In her therapeutic work, Amy emphasizes the importance of raising awareness to hidden aspects of one's story. She believes that by uncovering these elements, clients can create the environment necessary for healing, growth, and living a flourishing life. Her approach is both insightful and practical, aimed at helping clients navigate their journey towards self-discovery and personal fulfillment.
Outside of her professional life, Amy finds joy in knitting, reading, practicing yoga, and savoring a good cup of coffee.
