Ana Brinton

Ana Brinton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly a decade of experience in private practice. She works with clients across all age groups, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, and grief. Brinton also supports women and those navigating life transitions.

Brinton's journey into mental health counseling began in church ministry, where she observed unmet needs in children and families. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Furthering her education, she earned a second Master's Degree in School Counseling from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.

Brinton employs a faith-informed, multicultural approach to therapy, integrating methods like cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
