Anita Trone

Anita Trone, LAMFT, is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, sleep issues, self-esteem, stress, establishing healthy boundaries, grief and loss, parenting, and couple and family communication. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy to tailor care to each client.

She served twenty years in the Army and holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University, combining real-world military experience with clinical training.

Anita creates a safe space where clients feel brave enough to share their most vulnerable experiences. She works with individuals, couples, and families using an eclectic, practical approach focused on trust, collaboration, and skill-building.
