Annie Gerut

Annie Gerut, MCMHC, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, is a licensed therapist with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University. She has expertise in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to support individuals and relational work.

She works with children, adolescents, young adults, individuals, and families on life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, everyday stress, and trauma. Additional training in working with high-conflict families and trauma-informed care equips her to address complex interpersonal dynamics.

She uses person-centered modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based therapy rooted in attachment theory, and approaches care with empathy and collaboration to help clients develop practical tools for coping and connection. She offers a free 15-minute phone call or email exchange to prospective clients.
